Manga "The O Piece"
Kobe as depicted in Osamu Tezuka’s *Adolf*. This original manga by Juchheim, set in the same era and the same city, portrays a prayer for peace. Karl Juchheim, the founder of Juchheim, vowed during the war to “bring happiness to people through sweets” and continued to bake Baumkuchen in Japan. One hundred years later, his vision is reborn as “THEO,” an AI artisan.
