The AI oven "THEO" dedicated to baumkuchen will be baking freshly baked baumkuchen 9 times a day at the venue during the period.

November 5 is "Good Egg Day" established by the Japan Poultry Growers Association.
For three days from 11/5 (Fri.) to 11/7 (Sun.), "THEO" will take on the food loss challenge.

We bake limited edition baumkuchen using first-laid eggs, which are hard to market because of their small size and hard shell!
