Initiatives Achievements

After signing the business collaboration agreement, various initiatives were undertaken.

Main Initiatives

• THEO will travel to events held in the city, cruise ship terminals, etc. to promote Kobe sweets.
• Development of baumkuchen using figs from Kobe, rice flour, etc.
• ・市内の学校と連携した商品開発および学園祭での販売（神戸市立若草小学校）

小学生のチャレンジ

神戸市立若草小学校の小学6年生に出張授業を行い、大阪・関西万博2025での学びを活かしてメニュー考案、プロモーション活動にチャレンジ。

特産品のアピール

神戸市産のいちじくで作ったジャムを生地の層の間に塗った「いちじくジャムサンドバウムクーヘン」を販売。

スイーツの魅力を発信

バウムクーヘンで神戸スイーツの魅力を国内外のお客様にアピール
