Initiatives Achievements
After signing the business collaboration agreement, various initiatives were undertaken.
Main Initiatives
- THEO will travel to events held in the city, cruise ship terminals, etc. to promote Kobe sweets.
- Development of baumkuchen using figs from Kobe, rice flour, etc.
- ・Product development in collaboration with local schools and sales at school festivals (Kobe Municipal Wakakusa Elementary School)

Challenges for Elementary School Students
We conducted a field trip class for sixth-grade students at Kobe Municipal Wakakusa Elementary School, where they applied what they learned at the Osaka-Kansai Expo 2025 to design a menu and take on promotional activities.
Promoting Local Specialties
We are selling "Fig Jam Sand Baumkuchen," made with fig jam produced in Kobe City and spread between layers of dough.
