International Bakery and Confectionery Exhibition Exhibition and Talk Session
UHEIM Co., Ltd. and Fuji Shokai Co., Ltd. will participate in the "International Bakery and Confectionery Industry Exhibition (Mobak Show)" to be held at Intex Osaka from February 18 (Tue) to 21 (Fri), 2025, and will introduce the baumkuchen AI craftsman "THEO".
During the exhibition, a talk session will also be held between Mr. Tetsuya Fujinami, President and CEO of Fuji Shokai, Inc. and Mr. Hideo Kawamoto, President and CEO of the Company.
The Mobak Show aims to promote the creation of new demand, provide a venue for industry exchange, and contribute to the development of the food industry and the enrichment of food culture through the public exhibition of all the machinery, equipment, utensils, raw materials, materials, related information, and various manufacturing methods necessary for the baking and confectionery industries.
At the exhibition booth, there will be a food truck offering freshly baked baumkuchen for tasting.
