Kobe Portopia Hotel's original tea blend "Royal Afternoon" is now available as a leaf tea in a can.
Tea leaves popular at Tea Lounge Bellecour (Portopia Hotel Main Building 1F), a delicious tea store certified by the Japan Tea Association, went on sale on November 21 (Thu).
Royal Afternoon" is characterized by its rich taste and mellow aroma.
Bellecour's staff has made numerous trials to create a tea with a rich flavor and aroma that stands out even with the addition of milk.
It can be served not only as milk tea, but also as straight tea by adjusting the brewing time and the amount of tea leaves.
Portopia Honey and Lemon Baumkuchen
The hotel's original baumkuchen is a collaboration between Kobe Portopia Hotel and "THEO," a baumkuchen AI craftsman developed by Uheim.
It uses "Portopia Honey," honey collected on the Portopia Hotel grounds, which gives it the gentle sweetness of honey and the refreshing flavor of lemon.
