What is the Baumkuchen Expo?
This is the largest baumkuchen festival in Japan, where baumkuchen and its lovers from all 47 prefectures of Japan gather. By connecting the baumkuchen exposition sites with local regions throughout Japan, new relationships between the regions and their lovers will begin, and by connecting confectioners throughout Japan, baumkuchen in Japan will become even more delicious. The Baumkuchen Exposition is an event unique to the beloved sweet that enlivens the delicious relationship between baumkuchen and the local area.
What is Kikori Kakei Nagoya?
Inspired by Nagoya's coffee culture, THEO's coffee cake is made with coffee. The mascarpone cream and gelato blend with the bitterness of the coffee, and THEO's soft baumkuchen brings the two together.
