Tomita's egg baumkuchen is now available at Furusato!
Baumkuchen made by Tomita Seed Chicken Farm, a seed chicken farmer in Miyakonojo City, Miyazaki Prefecture, is now a hometown tax return gift of Miyakonojo City!
This baumkuchen is very popular at Yuhi Terrace, a café attached to the seedling farm where THEO was installed in October 2022.
We use freshly-filled eggs laid by hens raised in flat-feeding coops in an environment consistent with their instincts and habits.
No additives are used to maximize the flavor of the egg.
